*All students must e-mail scanned proof of their status to the organizer or technical organizer. Student identification will be requested when collecting the registration pack at the Congress. To qualify for a student registration fee discount, students must be listed as the first authors on all contributions they submit, including both abstracts and papers.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to conference sessions, posters, and exhibition area.
• Hand-held program and Congress bag with EEM2025 materials.
• Refreshments as scheduled in the EEM2025 program.
• Publication of two abstracts in the Book of Abstracts and one reviewed paper in the official Proceedings system/Supporting Publications,
• Other congress materials, WiFi in meeting rooms.

Only papers (oral and poster presentations) where at least one author has paid the registration fee will be published. One registration fee includes the participation of one person at EEM2025.

Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance; please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before traveling.

Fee Processing

Registration fees have to be fully transferred to the organizer’s bank account (additional transfer charges or fees may be included and will be covered by the sender). Congress fees are not refundable or returnable.

Bank charges

All commissions and charges are to be borne by the ordering customer. If this requirement is not observed, the publication fee will be considered unpaid, the received publication registration form will be regarded as invalid, and the remitted amount will not be refundable.

Invoices

If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person: the invoice should contain the person’s full name and full address. If the bank transfer is ordered by a company or organization: the invoice should contain the legal name of the organization, address, VAT number or identification code, name of the recipient of the invoice, and full address. Code of Conduct

EEM2025 organizers are committed to creating a safe, enjoyable, and professional environment where mutual trust and professional development are valued, and where everyone is entitled to be treated with courtesy and respect.

Cancellation Information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the EEM2025 secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the EEM2025 Secretariat immediately. It is regretted for registrations cancelled, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that organizers deem it necessary to cancel the EEM2025, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Organizers shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Liability

The organizer cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements concerning health and travel insurance.
