Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee, but the EEM2025 Organizer, Faculty of Technology Zvornik will provide the best conditions for the participants of the Congress. The following hotels will provide accommodation with fixed conditions, in the period from April 2 to April 4, 2025, for EEM2025 participants.

The following Full Rates apply to stays during the conference (April 2-4, 2025) and are without the residence tax and insurance.
Accommodation in the selected room type at the hotel in Ethno Village Stanišići is based on 2 nights with breakfast, including dinner on 02.04.2025, lunch on 03.04.2025, and a gala dinner with a music program.
Hotel accommodation should be paid through Happy Travel, the technical organizer of the event. Interested participants can contact Happy Travel to arrange their hotel bookings, ensuring they mention that they are participants in the EEM2025 Congress.
All rooms offer air-conditioned accommodation units, a bar within the hotel, single, double, and triple rooms, an elevator, a terrace, free WIFI, and parking spaces. All accommodation units include a flat-screen TV. Guests also have access to the Wellness and Spa Center Leonida, while massages and facial/body treatments are charged according to the regular price list on-site.
