EEM2021​ aims to encourage a wide discussion and exchange of ideas about the current status and achievements in the field of process industry. It is, therefore, our pleasure to present you with the opportunity to submit your manuscripts to our Supporting Publications and Publishing Opportunities.

If you decide to submit your paper to  Supporting Publications of the EEM2021 congress, the submission process is as follows:

You should send the abstract to the e-mail address of the EEM2021 congress (eem-info@tfzv.ues.rs.ba or kongres.tfzv@gmail.com), specifying the publication in which you wish to publish your manuscript. The deadline for abstract submission and registration fee payment is March 1st, 2021. You will be informed of the acceptance/rejection in no more than five days. If your abstract submission is accepted, you are required to pay the registration fee and send us the proof of payment (for more details on the registration fee payment, please visit  https://eem.tfzv.ues.rs.ba/index.php/registration-fee/.) Upon completion of all the previous steps, you will receive further submission instructions for the journal of your choice. Peer review will be conducted by the journals. The authors who submit their abstracts and pay the registration fee by March 1st will have the opportunity to send their full papers by April 30th/May 1st, 2021.

Note: If you do not specify which publication you are applying for, we will consider that you are applying for the Proceedings of the Congress.

Springer Nature Applied Sciences

SN Applied Sciences is a multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journal for the disciplines of Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Materials Science and Physics published by Springer Nature. In cooperation with Editors of SN Applied Sciences, EEM2021 offers to the participants of the Congress to submit their manuscripts to the dedicated Topical Collection of SN Applied Sciences designed to consolidate Congress publications for greater visibility (SCOPUS Indexed).

Since only the participants at ЕЕМ2021 are exempt from paying the article processing charge (APC), the authors who wish to submit their articles to the Topical Collection ЕЕМ2021 need to contact Thomas von Larcher (thomas.vonlarcher@springernature.com) and add eem-info@tfzv.ues.rs.ba or kongres.tfzv@gmail.com in CC, with a request for extra marketing, before submitting the manuscript to the journal. The authors will then be provided with instructions on how to submit to ensure they will get the APC waiver. The discount is €1480.

The Journal Hemijska industrija (Hem. Ind.) is an international journal publishing papers in the field of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering, Materials and Environmental Engineering, as well as Applied Chemistry. Six issues are published annually by the Association of Chemical Engineers of Serbia (a member of the EFCE – European Federation of Chemical Engineering) (Web of Science indexed).

After nomination by the Scientific Committee of EEM2021 manuscripts will be considered for the review process and potential publication as one of the following types of contributions: a) Original scientific papers and b) Technical papers (a brief description of a specific development, technique or procedure, or it may describe a modification of an existing technique, procedure or device applicable in industry or practice). EEM2021 organizers provide APC waiver. The discount is €100.
